At American Kids safety is our number one priority for both students and instructors. With that said, we do need all active students to be able to follow instructions when asked. If a student is running out of the gym and/or pool, hitting, choking, biting, experiencing potty accidents etc. we will communicate with the parents to help the instructor by assisting and/or removing the student from said program.
All students under the age of 3.5 or those who are not potty trained are required to wear a reusable swim pant while participating in any of our swim classes.
If a student has repeated accidents in the pool or gym the student will be dismissed from the program. Dismissal will be determined by the program director.
Please remember that our staff are trained on how to coach in their specific discipline but are not certified therapists and will not offer physical therapy to students.
